Once you've successfully uploaded your existing DNA data, your full collection of FitnessGenes results, insights, and recommendations will be delivered within seconds. Your existing DNA data file already contains all the information we need to complete our analysis.
You'll receive your DNA results, insights and recommendations via your personal FitnessGenes member account. From here you can read your results online or download them as a PDF report for offline sharing.
Share the details of your current provider with our support team through our contact form and we'll check the compatibility of your DNA data file with our service. If we cannot process your DNA data file type, you would be required to provide a second sample through our home DNA analysis test. We do not currently accept Whole Genome Sequencing data files.
Yes absolutely. You just need to share the upload instructions and activation code with the recipient. Alternatively, you can have both sent directly to them by using their email address during the online checkout process.
