Do I need a background in science or genetics?

This course was built with qualified fitness/health professionals in mind (e.g. PT level 3), but no prior knowledge of genetics is required. We've designed it to be accessible to all fitness and health professionals, regardless of your academic background.

Is the course CPD-certified?

Yes. The course is CIMSPA-certified through the UK's Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA). CIMSPA members can claim a total of six CPD points when they provide evidence of course completion.

Will I receive a certificate when I finish?

Yes. You'll receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course. Once CPD certification is live, your certificate will also include your CPD points if you retake the course.
