What's the sample type?
Saliva. Clients simply provide a saliva sample using the kit provided — no buccal swab, just a quick, non-invasive spit sample.
How long does it take to get results?
Kits ship within 24 hours of ordering (Monday–Friday). Once your client returns their saliva sample in the prepaid envelope, results are ready in 2–3 weeks and appear in your practitioner dashboard — and in their own member portal too, if you choose to give them full access.
Is there a minimum kit order?
No minimum order. Order individual kits to ship directly to clients, or hold stock at your facility to distribute yourself.
Do you ship directly to clients?
Yes. Choose wholesale delivery to your facility or drop-shipping straight to your clients — whichever suits your business model.
Can I store kits at my facility?
Yes. Keep kits on-site to run the collection process with clients in person, or let them take a kit away to complete at home.
Will I be able to access my clients' results?
Yes. You'll have your own professional portal containing all client results and report data, ready for consultations and programming. You can also choose to give each client access to their own FitnessGenes member portal.
Do you provide educational resources or training?
Yes. Partners get complimentary access to our CIMSPA-approved course, The Genetics of Physical Performance & Health — four modules (around 6 hours) on interpreting DNA reports and applying them to client programming — plus educational webinars, blog content, and email support from our science team.
Is there in-house support if I have questions?
Yes. Our in-house team supports partners through onboarding, marketing materials, and launch strategy, with ongoing email support and a dedicated account manager for any queries.
